How delivery works
Briefing call
We learn your lane map, peak seasons, and the last disruption you still talk about. Usually 45–60 minutes.
On-site assessment
One to two days walking the yard and interviewing shift leads, safety officers, and fleet planners.
Draft plan & workshop
You receive a working draft, then we run a tabletop drill and tighten language supervisors actually use.
Handover
Final plan pack, wall sheets, and a short briefing for management. Typical calendar span: four to six weeks.
Preparation, location, and fees
Work is delivered at your Taiwan facility (or facilities) with remote drafting between visits. Please prepare: current lane list, emergency contacts, landlord and utility contacts, and notes from the last major interruption.
Pricing is quote-based on network size and number of sites. Mid-size single-site operators often begin in the range shown on our Fees page. A deposit secures the assessment dates.
