Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026. This policy applies to consulting engagements with Net Bridge Arc Consulting — continuity planning, workshops, warehouse recovery mapping, and advisory retainers. No products are sold through this website.

Eligibility

Fees paid toward a signed proposal may be refunded only as described below. Informational fee pages on this site do not create a charge until a proposal is accepted and an invoice is issued.

Deposits

A 30% deposit typically secures assessment dates. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel in writing more than fourteen (14) days before the first scheduled on-site day and no preparatory work has begun. Within fourteen days, deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a rescheduled engagement within six months if we can reassign the dates.

Full and partial refunds

If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and cannot offer suitable alternate dates, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work. If you cancel after the yard assessment has started, fees for completed stages (briefing, document review, on-site days already delivered) remain due; unused later stages may be refunded proportionally.

Non-refundable items

Completed tabletop drills, delivered plan packs, bilingual printing already ordered at your request, and travel costs already incurred for confirmed southern Taiwan visits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling and no-shows

You may reschedule on-site days once without fee if you give at least seven days’ notice. Shorter notice or a no-show on a confirmed assessment day may incur a rescheduling charge up to the deposit amount to cover advisor time held.

Retainers

Annual retainers billed in advance may be cancelled with thirty days’ written notice. Unused future quarters are refunded on a pro-rata basis minus drills or refresh visits already delivered in the current year.

Refund process and timing

Email info@net-bridge-arc.click with your proposal reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method unless another method is required by your bank. We confirm completion by email.

Work already started

Once interviews or yard walks begin, those stages are considered delivered. Draft materials remain confidential client property only after the related stage invoice is paid, as stated in the proposal.
